Work out challenge
I am going to try and squeeze in 30 minutes on the elliptical 5 times a week. I am also going to try and do some free yoga videos. My goal is to get into more of a work out routine before July. Not sure how often I will do those. I know, I need to set up SMART goals. Well, more exercise is better than none.
Hopefully, my 30 minutes on the elliptical at night works out. There is no way I am waking up earlier than I already do in the morning to work out. See, I am kind of setting a SMART goal by being realistic.
